We cannot take our personal agendas to the Lord and expect him to bless it. That is dangerous, the Lord said in Psalm 127:1 “unless He builds the house, the builders labor in vain.”
I always knew it was something special about 30. Since turning 25, I’ve always anticipated turning 30, it was one of my many heart desires. At 30, I wanted to be married, be a homeowner, go to church still live like the world but proclaim I followed Jesus, have a few good friends who were on my “level” spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. I wanted to have my life puzzle completed by 30 and live happily ever after according to the worlds standards.
